We renovated and re-designied the interiors of this landmarked building on 5th Avenue in Midtown Manhattan. We replaced the elevator core and designed the interiors of the building. Our office provided complete range of services starting with zoning studies for possible residential conversion vs. office occupancy. When commercial use proved more feasible, we became design architect and architect of record guiding the team of consultants and expediters through approvals and construction. We also designed all interiors and sourced fixtures, appliances and finishes. Though some interior outfits are still in progress, after a long pandemic related delay, the building has been occupied by the anchor tenant since 2019.
