Single family, wood frame cottage, located in the village of Ruen, high up in the Rhodopa mountains. The house is new construction with reuse of some existing stone walls from a demolished barn. The architecture is resonant with the vernacular character of the village. The house was intended for use as the second home of a young professional couple.  The project is from 1997. Con struction was complete in 1999.
